How do I create an account?

In order to create a account, you need to fill our SignUp form with a valid email address and a password of your choice. Then, you should activate your account through an activation link that will be sent to the provided email address. Failure to activate your account within 48 hours will result in deleting your account.

What does offer?

In all of our subscription plans, offers online scheduling of appointments, sending automated notifications to clients and insightful reporting of your sales and revenue.

How do paid plans compare to free plan?

With our free plan, a user may schedule up to 50 appointments with clients per month and send up to 100 email notifications. With our paid Email plan, a user may schedule unlimited appointments per month and send unlimited email notifications. Lastly, with our paid Email & SMS plan, a user may schedule unlimited appointments, send unlimited email and 500 SMS notifications per month.

How do I cancel my paid subscription?

You may request to cancel your paid subscription, simply by changing your paid plan to free plan through the subscription page of your dashboard.

Is there setup needed?

You only need to fill in your business location details before you add appointments in the system. As soon as you add an appointment in, the system will schedule the confirmation and reminder notifications to be sent and your business location information will be included in them. No further setup is needed, is an easy and straightforward appointment scheduler, ready to use.

I don’t want to send email or SMS notifications to a client. Is this possible?

Just leave the email and/or SMS field empty when filling the customer details.

Can you remind me my password?

We don’t know your password. Passwords are stored in an encrypted mode and as such we cannot recover user passwords. If you have forgotten your password, you can ask for a reset password link -through the corresponding form- to be sent to your registration email address. Through this link, you will be able to set a new password for your account.

Do I have to pay for a account?

All users are by default registered for our free plan, which is fully functional. If our free plan features cover the needs of your business, then you can remain in the free plan forever.

How do I sign up for a paid subscription plan?

You may upgrade your free plan to one of our paid plans through the subscription page of your dashboard. Prior to redirecting you to the payment page, you will be asked to first fill in your billing details, so that we can issue your invoice.

Do you store my credit card details?

The answer is no. Not only we do not store your credit card details, but they are not even processed through our system. All payments on our website are processed through Braintree Payments by PayPal.

Can handle appointments taking place in various locations?

Sure. When adding a new appointment in the system, you may enter the address that the appointment will take place; this address will be included in all the notifications for the particular appointment.
